Bicuixe, Madrecuixe, Tepextate, Jabalín | April 2022 | Wilfrido García Sánchez | ENNWGS2204 | Summer 2022 Release | 192 bottles

In crafting this ensamble, Wilfrido selected an array of different agaves to create a unique and wonderfully delicious spirit. The agave was harvested from adjacent plots and hillsides, where the family’s cultivated parcels border the rugged hills and ravines that are abundant with the wild and endemic agaves Tepextate, Tobalá, red copal trees, and a plethora of spiny vegetation. The cultivated Madrecuixe, and wild growing Bicuixe and Jabalín were collected from the lands below and chosen for their state of maturity.

The richness of the soil and the quality of the fully ripened agave that were selected shine through and is a testament to the young palenquero’s knowledge and experience. From this 150L batch, 192 bottles have been made available exclusively for Australia though our partners at Mextrade.
