Gilberto Aquino García

Gilberto Aquino García was born in 1990 in the community of Logoche. Under the tutelage of his father, Cutberto Aquino, Gil starting producing mezcal on his own at 18 years old. Today, he continues to make mezcal out of his father’s palenque with the help of his sister Florencia and his wife Esmerelda.
